I just finished a page which uses html and simple JavaScript, and will help you to display search results from Google and Bing on one page. It uses two iframes to display the results, and JavaScript to load the iframes on a button click.
You can arrange the position of the iframes using the links provides on the top (Vertical and Horizontal). This is done by just changing the CSS class using JavaScript.

also if you need to download, a download link is given at the bottom of the page, Download and you are free to change anything on that page. It does not require to be hosted, you can save the files to local computer and open it in a browser.
